EVEN Hotel Alpharetta - Avalon Area by IHG

We had an absolutely lovely experience at EVEN and so happy we chose this for our stay. This hotel is newly built, very clean and the service was wonderful. Just want to give a big thank you to ANNA! She was incredibly kind and extremely professional. When we checked in, the room we had booked was unfortunately oversold (top floor king room) However, Anna took the best care of us. She upgraded us to the king suite and it was LOVELY. We truly appreciated the time she took with us. The beds are very comfortable, pillows are soft and fluffy. Shower pressure and water are perfect. There was a stationary workout bike in our living room, yoga mats and, resistance bands and everything you need to get a good little workout in the room. We also really appreciated our time at the bar downstairs with Jose. Amazing bartender (he makes a fabulous Old fashioned!), and just a wonderful human. Thank you for an exceptional experience. We truly can’t wait to come back.

Even Alpharetta is amazing. The staff, especially Jenna Thomason were extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are amazing, clean and well kept. Convienience items are readily available, snacks plentiful, if needed. Jose was kind and welcoming at the Bar located in the lobby. Great place to stay!!!

Took a a road trip and met my best friend for a Cowboy Mouth show in Roswell Georgia. Came across the Even Hotel by chance. It was close to the venue and the prices were not bad at all. Took a chance and LOVED it. Everyone that we encountered was extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms were great. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Had a nice small workout area in the room, complete with mats and everything. Resistance bands were mounted to a tower and could be adjusted. Very satisfied with our stay and if I need to go back to Roswell for an over night trip, I would definitely stay there again. Oh, it's called Even because there are no odd numbered rooms anywhere in the building.

$12 per day for parking in suburbia was a chintzy money grab. There is no other paid parking anywhere around this area which made this feel unnecessary. On top of that, they could not even add parking to my bill. I had to scan a QR code in the garage and enter my credit card with a 3rd party. No idea why the hotel is doing it this way. Honestly I probably could have just parked at one of the businesses next door. The hotel itself was fine. Rooms are a decent size. They do not include breakfast. Coffee from the small machine in the lobby was $3 a cup, although there is a Keurig in the room with pods which I appreciated. In the bathroom they provide liquid hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They were generous with pillows and towels. Overall, the parking situation really tarnished my experience. The actual hotel stay was fine, but the nickel and diming on parking made me question why I would choose this location again.

I had a really positive experience at EVEN Hotel Alpharetta – Avalon Area. There was an unexpected issue with my reservation payment not showing up on the hotel’s system when I arrived, But the female manager on duty and the male front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to help us sort it out and even allowed an early check-in while things were being resolved, which we really appreciated. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the room felt new and comfortable. It was a bit on the smaller side and didn’t have a microwave, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. What stood out the most was the genuinely helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

A cosy IHG property at walking distance from the Avalon area in Alpharetta, GA. This hotel's uniqueness lies in their thoughtful provisons - the exercise equipment in the rooms to the clever wordplay at various places within the property about importance of health and fitness, they have tried to create a niche for themselves. The housekeeping is efficient and the front desk staff is super helpful and pleasant. Their lobby area as well as the little food counter is inviting and good for coffe conversations or just chilling out. Amole parking at the property (it's paid and that's a bummer). The only thing they can do better is provide atleast drinking water in the rooms... Rest everything is great.

Love this place. Wife and I have stayed here twice due to its proximity to Avalon yet how quiet it is. The price is unbeatable. Jenna tended to us when we arrived, and she was first class. We’ll be back eventually as it’s the best bang for the buck in the area.

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you might need, whether you're here for business or leisure. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. When a winter storm prevented us from arriving on our original date—they kindly allowed us to move our reservation to the following weekend without any hassle. That level of understanding and flexibility meant a lot to us. The room itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight—plenty of tasty options to start the day right.
